I've moved a number of times so I have experience of using other doctors surgeries in the past, but never have I come across a surgery with such rude and unhelpful receptionists that refuse to let you book an appointment even for the afternoon/ evenings. They say you have to call at 8:30 am in the morning so I've taken countless days off and when I eventually get through they say there's no appointments. You could be on your death bed and they still wouldn't let you see the doctor.
I pay my taxes and have every entitlement to see a doctor yet they will not let you. They pretend they have no late night services when they do so you can't ever book an evening appointment. Disgusting, these receptionists need to be sacked and find new jobs, perhaps not in a field that requires them to interact with people.
